Tüb.bz is designed for commercial and personal use. You may not use it for illegal or objectionable purposes. Anyone using Tüb.bz or creating a membersip account agrees to these terms. PCS Management offers Tüb.bz services to you, provided you are 18 years old or older and able to form and be bound by a binding contract. Our services are not rendered to a person barred from receiving such services under the laws of the United States or foreign jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account password, and you shall be held responsible for any and all activities occuring through the use of your account. You agree to immediately notify PCS Management and Tüb.bz of any unauthorized use of password or account or other breach of security. PCS Management and Tüb.bz can't and won't be held responsible or liable for loss or damage from your failure to provide us with accurate information or failure to keep your password secure.

Appropriate Conduct

We will not tolerate the use of Tüb.bz in association with pornography, spam, or any illegal activities. You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated and Tübbz is just a conduit to this material. Termination

PCS Management & Tübbz reserves the right to terminate your account or any TübbzURL at any time and without notification if we feel that our terms are being violated or if your account activity jeopardizes the integrity of the service. If you have a question about these services, please contact us at prior to publication of your TübbzURL link. You may discontinue your use of Tübbz services at any time. You agree that PCS Management & Tübbz may at any time and for any reason, including a period of account inactivity, terminate your access to Tübbz services, terminate the Terms, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to Tübbz services, your account or any files or other content contained in your account.
